Hoje o espaço é dedicado aos tipos de violência.

Tipologias de violência

Existem vários tipos de violência.

Violência física

Exemplos: arranhar, arremessar objectos, esbofetear, empurrar, estrangular, morder, esmurrar, pontapear, puxar os cabelos, e sequestrar.

 Violência psicológica

Exemplos: ameaçar, coagir, chantagear, controlar, difamar, expulsar de casa, gritar, humilhar, insultar, isolar, obrigar a fazer tarefas domésticas, perseguir, proibir, trancar em casa.

Violência económica

Exemplos: ameaçar retirar o dinheiro, controlar o vencimento da vítima, obrigar a justificar todos os gastos, recusar disponibilizar dinheiro.

Violência sexual

Exemplos: abusar sexualmente, obrigar à prostituição, violar.

Apesar de a violência física ser a mais fácil de identificar, isso não a torna mais grave. Todos os tipos de violência são graves e trazem consequências para a vítima.

Como pedir ajuda?

– Procure apoio psicológico. Estando emocionalmente mais fortalecida/o, estará mais capaz dizer não a uma vida sem violência e obter ferramentas que lhe permitam lidar com os problemas que surgem no dia-a-dia.

– Apresente queixa. Denuncie quem maltrata. A apresentação de queixa confere à vítima um conjunto de direitos.

– Procure uma instituição de apoio a vítimas.
